“The catamaran never sailed. We were told the excursion was cancelled when we arrived at the meeting point after many attempts to comunicate with the tour guide over the phone. We never received a cancellation email, text or phone call. Also no alternate plan to accomodate an entire family’s vacation day. The attitude was “it is what it is”. We also heard from other marina patrons that our was not the first group of people that the same tour operator leaves stranded. Worst tour management ever!!”
